Today we had apple cheeks
A bit of cinnamon bread
Oh yeah, a lot of flour on the floor
Some tasty dough
And lots of fun in the garden with the apples from next door's tree (they're not ripe yet and are cooking apples but they're still fun to play with).
Isabel does a lovely a-pull.
And then Isaac told me a story about a monster who ate a whole apple tree and that meant that the people didn't have any apples to make pies with EVER again.

A life without apple pie is one not worth thinking of! Wish my neighbours had a tree with fruits that fell over the fence.

the annoying thing is that there are tenants next door now so I can't nip over the fence to help myself to the eating apples (2 trees)
